About Me

I was born in West London and became interested in writing at an early age. I began writing plays after success as the drummer in the Punk Rock group The Lurkers. I left school at fourteen and did a variety of jobs, mainly working on building site. After drumming in the group – we went on Top of the Pops and other television shows, made albums and toured Europe and the USA – I went to university. I then worked as a Support Worker for many years helping people with learning disabilities and mental health issues.
